These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TypeForge (the "Service"), a typing speed test platform provided by Remote Services 100 ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are able to form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
TypeForge is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you practice and measure your typing speed and accuracy. You're welcome to use it as often as you like, share your results, and download certificates generated through the Service for your own personal use.
No Account Required
TypeForge does not require you to register or sign in to use the Service. There is no user account system, and no login credentials to manage.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service;
- Use automated scripts or bots to inflate scores or manipulate leaderboards;
- Submit offensive, unlawful, or infringing content when sharing scores or certificates;
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service itself without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote Services 100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. See our Disclaimer for further details.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Terms
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Copyright notice, make up the entire agreement between you and Remote Services 100 regarding use of the Service.
